"Honestly, I really like this café, but the service isn’t consistent. Some days it’s great, but during busy times the quality drops. I’ve received the wrong order several times, and sometimes I don’t even get a chance to explain. I also think the order handoff process needs better organization. Having a clearer system, like separating the order line from the pickup area, would really help. I hope they work on improving this because the café has great potential."

"This place is wonderful. I honestly love everything about it. The space is beautifully designed and super cozy, and the coffee is incredibly good. I always ask the barista to make me something they personally love, and every time it’s delicious, even if it’s a syrup I wouldn’t usually go for (saying this as a fellow barista). The staff here does such a great job. I’ve noticed a few of the girls looking a little tired sometimes though, and I think people should definitely start tipping more) I love that the pastries are creative and feel quite natural. I also really appreciate how eco-friendly and pet-friendly this place is. It’s always clean, and the overall vibe is just comforting. I recommend this café to everyone I know. I haven’t found better coffee in Cleveland yet."

"Stopped by for an iced coffee- a lovely Strawberry Fields Latte - even the name is great (in my mind it’s a Strawberry Fields Forever latte ❤️. It was fresh tasting like a nice little bit of real strawberry 🍓 and refreshing. I recommend you try one if you’re into strawberry. It’s a nice little spot."

"Charming and authentic coffee shop in the city — cozy, relaxed, and full of warmth. Great, calm and relaxing music, a welcoming atmosphere, and just the right vibe to unwind. Laptops are welcome, making it a perfect spot to work, read, or write. Clean and well-organized, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light that gives the space an open, airy feel. I’d definitely come back!"

"i really love this place. i remember when it opened i was hesitant to check it out - another coffee shop…? and ill admit i waited way too long to do so. the atmosphere here is great and the design inside is one i could sit in all day. the folks behind the bar easily remember you. they have some easy food like bagels and muffins, or they’re happy to heat up a burrito for you. i love the laptop free weekends. i love the “for here cups”. i love the little signs you can put on your table if you’re solo and willing to share a seat with someone (because the seats do fill up quick!). Please do know, this is NOT a quick stop on the weekends. expect to have a little bit of a wait,m. and maybe that’s exactly how it should be. be nice and patient with the baristas when it’s busy. they appreciate it more than you know and they are happy you are there. my favorite part about goodkind is just a drip coffee. hands down the best drip coffee i’ve had around. i find myself making time in the morning to stop here on the way to work. my ONLY suggestion, is for the small to go cups - the lids don’t stay on well and the little paper jackets don’t fit. i have spilled way too much of the perfect drip coffee in my car because of the lids that just don’t seem to fit right."
