"WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! The staff is seriously so amazing and nice and generous I love pulling up almost everyday and they recognize me customer service is on point best customer service ever I have never ever ever had a issue they recommend drinks when you need them too that are amazing if something is wrong or nasty they are QUICK to fix it. Seriously cant get enough of this place the DRINKS ARE AMAZING I haven't really tried to much that I didn't love and the people and the atmosphere just make the whole experience of getting coffee or energy in general THE BEST!!!!!!"

"Pulled in drive thru at 4:30. We got threw the line at 5:22! 52min wait! The longest drive thru I have ever waited in. Staff was confused and way overwhelmed until the 5:00 staff got there. They sent a girl outside to take orders and finally got the oine moving. Brutal wait!"

"Sat in line for over 10 minutes had 3 cars in the other line order and get there dinks before I even pulled up. Was shown no customer service. I’ve experienced long wait times every time I have visited this location. I am at the Newark and Marion locations often and they are always courteous to customers and try there best to not keep the line moving by approaching cars in line and getting peoples orders while drinks are being made so that way the line is moving. No one should have others pull into the line after them and they receive service and product before they do, one car understandable but not multiple. It’s not the kids fault it’s a lack of customer service training and lack of being taught to to quick and efficient at there job"

"This is the longest line I have seen at a 7 Brew so far. The closest 7 Brew to my house is over an hour away so this was the last time I’ll have one for a bit, so I decided to get 2. The banana bread mocha is amazing! It is on the sweeter side, but the flavor is spot on. I also ordered a blondie, which was a little on the milkier side but still had a great flavor. Service was quick."

"Over the past few months I’ve noticed there is only one person taking orders, several people inside, not always making drinks. Don’t get me wrong, I love 7brew. I just don’t have the time to wait 25+ minutes for my drink. Hopefully this can change sooner than later. Definitely have been to a 7brew in Dayton/Beavercreek more than once. Line clear to road, multiple people taking orders, everyone was busy making and delivering drinks. Only took 5 minutes with 10 cars in front of me. Hopefully that can be ours…."
