"I stopped 7Brew the other day. When I pulled up I was behind a handful of cars. Rylynn came out to take my order, very friendly a knowledgeable about what they had to offer or make for me. I ended up getting something simple, hot German Chocolate coffee, very impressed with coffee and how fast the line went being several cars in front of me. 10 out of 10 recommend! The entire staff was great plus very friendly!"

"((To make my point on my complaint I will not be naming, describing, or hinting to who the employee is in this complaint)) I drive my wife to 7brew twice a day so she can have her frozen drink… I have cancer (4b colon cancer) so I’m just getting fresh air and get out of bed for awhile. All the reviews about this being a great place is true 75% of the time unless you get 1 employee who has been there as long as I have been going. My wife takes her time with the drink so I don’t have to go home immediately so I give them my phone number and oder the same drink over and over she loves it... I just ask for extra ice so it's thicker and not runny like chocolate milk EVERY employee makes the note and effort to do this for us. Except one who will hand me pretty much a runny damn near ICE FREE drink. Like why? Extra ice is my only request. After more then a few times of just accepting what I was being given I started asking for them to please go back and add ice please alway extremely polite and me being apologetic she still will walk 3 feet from me and flat out butch about me here are some quotes from tonight's drink "he want extra extra extra extra ice so we have to hand blend it for him I guess ugh you know what you take him! I'm done ill take your lane and you get him out of here" ( as she switches tablets with a different employee). Like why treat me like that? The look on every other employees faces was that of being uncomfortable and embarrassed to be apart of the situation. All over asking for extra ice... Please fix this problem... If extra ice give her the right to make me feel like a needy entitled jerk I don't want to go there. This happened at 8:57 12/11/25. I will probably come back but I will beg my wife to please goto Mcdonalds or Starbucks just to avoid to dirt looks... Please do better 7brew extra ice is a simple request. If all the other employees see her treating me like that and it's OK or they can't say anything idk..."
