"Been wanting to try this place for quite awhile and super pleased that we did. The breakfast sandwich was incredible! The jalapeño bagel was perfect along with the meat and cheese. Very well made. I enjoyed the iced coffee and my fiance enjoyed her coffee and everything bagel as well. The only downside was that the staff didn't seem too inviting or interested in walking first time visitors through the experience. Might have just expected we were regulars or something. Overall, great experience and we will be back."

"Always great customer service and coffee! I had an oat milk iced latte with the perfect amount of chocolate and caramel syrup. The barista did a great job with the ratio when I mentioned I don’t like it too sweet. Their cookies are huge, and we tried a salted caramel cookie this time. It’s dense, has a chocolate base with caramel on top that tasted home made. If you like sweets, you should definitely try it."

"I’ve been wanting to visit for a while, so I decided to take the drive with a friend today. We drove an hour just to try it! Immediately noticed the vibe isn’t the typical “coffee shop” vibe, which isn’t a bad thing! It’s actually quite refreshing to come across something different. However, the barista was not friendly and welcoming at all. She actually seemed quite bothered by us. Guess we interrupted her screen time? Seemed that way. We were the only people there, so being busy was definitely not an excuse for her behavior. She barely even looked our direction as we browsed the bakery case. Had to ask a question, in which, she barely answered and barely turned her head away from her phone or whatever she was doing. So we ordered a few things from the case, a hot coffee and frappe. They were nicely presented, but she didn’t even say thank you until my friend said the coffee was good, then she actually cracked a smile. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have gotten a word out of her. The coffees were GREAT. Very good, above average, I’d say. The baked goods were alright, but the cookies did not seem fresh. As a baker myself, I’m pretty knowledgeable of these things. Looked great, but nope, not fresh. So, with that being said, I was quite disappointed with the service. Happy with the coffee. Will I drive an hour just to visit again? No. If I happen to be in the area again, I might stop in for another try, but if service is the same, I highly doubt I’ll return. I see other issues with service being mentioned, so this apparently isn’t anything new. And no, I didn’t ask to speak to anyone else. She appeared to be there by herself and I wasn’t going to make a big scene by asking for a manager or something and complaining about service, especially since the coffees looked and tasted good. By the way, my friend felt the exact same way. When we walked out, she said, wow, she wasn’t very friendly, was she? Nope. She was not. But hey, at least the coffee was good."

"Das KaffeeHaus is an outstanding coffee shop in Lithopolis brewing some great coffee and lattes. My personal favorite is their White Chocolate Mocha latte. It’s deliciously flavored. They also carry tasty chocolate chip cookies and other good baked goods. Das KaffeeHaus is a coffee shop I like to take a drive in the country to get."

"Our server is Josie and she did such an amazing job at serving us as she provided us with excellent customer service as well as being timely with our orders and also we watched her clean up wonderfully first hand 10/10 she should be the manager of this amazing store! She is the backbone of this store and everyone in the Lithopolis community loves her service and amazing drink making! Please make her promoted :D"
