"I am OBSESSED with this coffee shop. Everyone who works here is genuinely kind and happy - like, smiley in a way that feels real. There’s plenty of seating, so it’s great for hanging out or settling in for a bit. The owner is a nutritionist, which really shows - the syrups are high-quality, the ingredients are intentional, and nothing is overly sweet or artificial. The flavors are balanced and actually taste good, not overpowering. We will absolutely be coming back every time we’re in Cincinnati."

"This place is seriously so stinking cute! All three employees this afternoon were wonderful with extremely great customer service as well. I was greeted as soon as I entered and they were very engaging. I got the coffee flight and two hot cocoa bombs for my kids for later. The coffee flight is awesome, especially for the value and variety you get to choose from. My only “complaint” from my experience are the hot cocoa bombs. They’re more like chocolate bombs because there’s no cocoa inside and the chocolate from the ball is not enough to make your drink actually taste chocolatey. I used less milk than what the package even says to use and the “hot cocoa” was white. For $5/piece there should definitely be actual cocoa inside of the bombs, not just marshmallows. I’m a baker/treat maker and I’m very confused on the thought process behind there being no cocoa inside the hot cocoa bombs lol Otherwise, you’re just drinking sweet milk basically. Will for sure be back for the coffee though!"

"Great new business in Loveland. Very unique and delicious menu options and the fudge is a MUST try if you haven't. I would recommend the Cocoa Caliente - great chocolate flavor with a hint of spicy spice! Cute space, friendly staff and delicious offerings. Go check it out! We attended a fun European cars and coffee event on Sunday this past weekend which was great as well. Looking forward to visiting more and trying more of your offerings. Congratulations!"

"Lovely tasting experience- they have chocolate gummy bears- very unique! We bought Black raspberry Truffle (was amazing), Snickers fudge and we got chocolate expresso beans. Everyone in the store was lovely to talk to as well. Very clean store, We Can’t wait for them to have their grand opening!"
