What People Are Saying
from Google"Such an amazing coffee shop and church! I stopped in on a Wednesday almost a year ago to see and get a feel of how the church and the coffee. (Btw the coffee and chai teas are AWESOME!) I have been going to church here ever since! All thanks to God for leading me here and also leading me to talk to Becky! She is a sweetheart and was very helpful! She talked me through what to expect on my first Sunday at Crossroads and also what coffee was popular! She tried to even see if any of the staff members of the church were available to give me a tour and talk to me! I was not expecting that at all! They had a big staff meeting that day but that did not hinder my interest in attending the following Sunday. I am so thankful to have met Becky and felt so welcomed not only to the coffee shop but to this church! Also for those that may be curious, during church service they have free coffee near the children's play area. This coffee shop is for specialty drinks and food items. Portions of the money go toward supplies and also toward their coffee that help other countries and the mission trips toward those countries!! Makes the coffee even more special!"
"I had previously left a 5* review for this coffee shop. Yesterday was the 2nd time visiting, as they held a concert at the church. This one new experience with the cafe nearly ruined my whole night. I waited patiently in a long line. I was hurriedly cared for. When my $5.25 drink was completed, I politely asked for any small cup. (My sister had already purchased a mixed berry tea, and couldn't drink much as it was bitter. She wanted to try my drink and see if it would be better.) The lady blinked at me, and walked to the manager, talking about me in front of everyone, as if asking for a cup was a crime. The manager came to me and condescendingly asked how she could help me? I politely repeated, I just needed any small cup. She said, "Well, we charge for cups!" (She never once told me how much.) I said, "Oh, it's ok, I'll grab one from the foyer." She slow blinked in a disapproving way. They made a scene, of a simple request. The whole situation was embarrassing, and what I would expect from a Starbucks... The concert was great! The administration had not one caring member. I did find a cup. I will not return to this location."
