"This place does not care about the health of their cats. my mother, sister, and I went in to play with some cats and get coffee. We fell in love with a cat named Bonus Boops and went through the process of adoption. Before we were approved we had to update our cat’s vaccines at home, we thought this was understandable until we brought Bonus Boops home. When we went in to sign papers and bring him home, his eye was clearly swollen and red. When we mentioned this as a concern we were told “this happens with all white cats”. We have a white cat at home and this is NOT normal. After spending a day with Bonus Boops at home we knew he needed to go to the vet. We took him to the vet and he had a fever, viral infection, and his eye had numerous problems. He was given an antibiotic shot and two different eye drops that he needs daily. The vet was very concerned about the Kitty Brew Cafe just brushing it off as normal, not to mention what he has is contagious to other cats. When we called to talk to the staff, they said he was perfectly fine, although the vet said he was far from perfectly fine. The staff was rude and just wanted the adoption money. Go somewhere else to adopt a cat."

"I was a little nervous at first about the idea of a kitty café, especially when it came to cleanliness and how everything would be set up—but I was pleasantly surprised. The cats are kept in a completely separate room from the café area, which made the experience feel comfortable and well-organized. I really appreciated how each cat had their information posted, and the staff was knowledgeable and happy to share more about their personalities and backgrounds. Some of the cats were more social than others, but that just added to the charm and made the experience feel natural. The cat area itself was cozy, playful, and clearly designed with the cats’ comfort in mind. Overall, it was a really enjoyable visit, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves cats or is looking for something a little different and relaxing."

"Please don't adopt from here!! My daughters wanted a kitten for our 3 yr old cat we already had. I found this place on Google in November and we went not knowing we needed an appointment to see the cats we were told to come back and make appointment it was kind of rude the way they told us but nevertheless the kids wanted to see the kittens so we came back the next day. It was $15 per each person plus extra for drinks if you wanted, then $100 adoption fee. Our kitten we adopted was full of live fleas, smelled horrible, and was a sick literally he was just bones. He weighed less than 2 lbs when we got him. My daughter saw the kitten be given eye drops while we were there but they didn't send us home with any, nor did they tell us anything about his eye. We did the week apart in different rooms for our other cat to adjust, had to treat fleas, give him a bath but just 2 days after they met our older cat got sick. Green gunk in his eye, sneezing, and just lethargic. Turns out our kitten we adopted from kitty brew has FELINE HERPES and gave it to our older cat who has been fighting it for more than a month. Absolutely insane how this is allowed where there are so many cats. Cute idea but I don't think this is going to last for long. Also when they called to check on how the adoption was going I told them about the fleas and they said well he was already treated a week before, I pulled off more than 10 the day after he was at home....."

"I lost my Cally Girl of 18 years on November 7th. In memory of Cally, my best friend and I decided to meet up to get a drink and have some time with the cats. Before our time to be with the cats, I was telling my friend more about Cally and of course the tears were flowing. Our visit with the cats were very meaningful and very enjoyable. Before leaving, a staff member had seen me crying and gave me a little cat charm that was an emotional support cat. She told me it look like I needed it. It meant a lot to me along with the whole experience. I loved all the cats. The cats were very sweet and playful. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I definitely will be back and recommend anyone to have this experience. Thank you for a great first experience."
