"Just visited for lunch and got the hot pastrami, chips and a drink. My total was $14.00 and some change and I left an additional tip on my credit card. After I paid, I realized I would like some mayo on my sandwich and asked the girl making it to please add some. She told me that I needed to tell the cashier that when I ordered because adding mayo to my $11.00 plus sandwich was “extra.” So no mayo. I wasn’t asking for a bottle of mayo, just a dab on my sandwich. Felt like I got attitude rather than good customer service. What the heck Bruegger’s? In addition, the giant blonde ponytail being whipped back and forth over the food was not appetizing at all."
