"Me and my friend went to get a coffee today in separate vehicles, in which she was ahead of me and she asked for an iced coffee but they accidentally gave her a hot drink, she let them know and they changed it for her. After my friend got her corrected drink she pulled forward and waited for me to get mine. When I received my drink the girl in the window was using foul language talking about my friend that pulled up who I was also on the phone with. It was uncomfortable and they seemed angry. It made my friend too uncomfortable to drink her drink that she paid almost $8 for. I like biggby but people like that working there make the place look bad. Very disappointed a situation isn’t always what it looks."

"Biggby is my favorite coffee shop and I love to go often. This is hands down the best location I have ever been to! I ordered a sausage bagel and it was the best one yet! I also ordered a coffee and it was delicious. To top it off the service was fast, the employees were very nice and genuine, and my whole order was correct! This will be my new biggby stop to and from work from now on!"

"We stopped by this Biggbu location for the first time today and got two frozen coffee drinks. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They worked together well as a team even though it was the first day for one. The drinks were made to order and tasted great on a summers day. Nice job!"
