"Deeper roots is always a hit– my husband and I used to live near the Oakley location, and now enjoy the shop in Montgomery. Can’t really go wrong, the quality of the coffee is always the same (amazing) no matter which location you visit. It was a bustling holiday when we walked in and the staff were churning out drinks at record pace. My husband’s espresso and my lemon latte (a seasonal special that was incredible!) came out perfectly in no time. Staff are great at keeping their cool and maintaining the quality during rush hour. Always recommend a visit for flavorful local brews!"

"Came in this morning to get a latte and they don't carry almond milk so the Barista recommended Macadamian Milk, and let me tell you it was wonderful! So happy I stopped in to try this place! Also had the coffee cake at his recommendation and it was super delicious. Definitely hope I am able to stop in again when I'm next in this area! Wonderful service, fast and everyone was super polite."

"First time at Montgomery location. Pastries were delicious, as was the coffee (I had gingerbread latte, my friend had the Oat Nog, and both of us were happy), but most notable was the service (friendly not in an overblown way) and atmosphere. Hard to describe a vibe, but it was somehow more cosmopolitan than the usual Montgomery spot: more people dressed for work, looking like they might be from out of town, even 😳. The space is open, but not cold, with art installation by local artist Jessica Wolf (Paper Acorn)."

"Didn't meet expectations. I got the honey bear latte. Sad to say, it wasn't very good. I always get iced lattes when I got to coffee shops, and the quality of the espresso and ingredients was not very good. Espresso tastes burnt. The scone wasn't sweet? It reminded me of a blueberry muffin top but wasn't sweet so it was closer to a biscuit?"

"WE visited this location today at 1:55 p.m. There were no customers in line and no one waiting, yet despite FOUR employees being behind the counter, WE did not receive a greeting or any acknowledgment. The staff continued their conversation without even a look our way. I walked further in to see if there was seating available, but still received no acknowledgment. I had hoped to try a new coffee shop while working on my doctoral dissertation, but the atmosphere did not feel welcoming, so I chose to leave. “Good for the people”….. 🤔"
