The base roast is a bit lighter, so you can actually taste that the coffee in fact started as a berry, not a burnt piece of charcoal. They make their own syrups which complement rather than overwhelm the coffee. Stop in for a really really good espresso, and feel great that your money is staying local rather than buying a new yacht for the green mermaid's CEO."
