"This is a great spot for takeout! The ham and cheese bagel, with cream cheese, tasted wonderful, as did the iced coffee. I love that they can turn any coffee on the menu into iced coffee. I tried the German Mocha, and it was a delightful mix of flavors that reminded me of German chocolate cake, with hints of coconut. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. The food and coffee are excellent. I also appreciate the outdoor table near the entrance. A little attention to the property, like some weeding and flowers, along with a touch of personality in the decor, would add some magic to the atmosphere and beautifully complement the lovely baristas."

"I’ve been here a few times. It’s kinda hidden off Lorain rd. Mustafa was always there he is always awesome to deal with. Bigby is lucky to have him. He always takes the time to tell me about promotions or specials like free shot Friday. The vanilla lattes I have gotten have been great"

"there is nothing better in this world as a consumer then the world's greatest staff and the world's greatest coffee all located under One roof. this place operates with crazy amazing efficiency. you would swear they are all family because they know exactly how the other person's going to operate and they all operate in unison it's the most epic thing I've ever seen in a retail place let alone a coffee shop and if we can just discuss how amazing biggby coffee is, it is the most delicious cup of coffee I have ever had. I'm usually more of a fan of specialty drinks caramel this blah blah blah but just to go in and get a cup of black coffee from them is still just as delicious as something else where they make up cup size names. I have been to other big bees and yes the coffee is just as good but the location in North Olmsted is literally a hidden gem. I'm kind of glad they're not on the main road because the lines would be outrageous. I went here the day it opened and I still continue to go this day years later. someday I hope to meet the owner and shake his hand and thank him for an amazing experience and excellent drinks. I may have to dedicate an entire YouTube video just too biggby coffee and this location"

"honestly great place to get a coffee and a quick tasty breakfast there but a young lady with long black hair that’s short has a very mean attitude and i did not feel welcome with her , its not the first time i had my cousins and other friends say the same thing , id highly recommend ether talking to her or getting her fired because she dont not make that place feel welcoming other then that the staff and people are amazing !"
