"A little hard to find since it was downstairs below a bike shop but once you got in, it had a cozy and pleasant appeal. Welcoming staff as well. They had plenty of options of baked goods as well as the usual hot drinks. Their hot chocolate was very similar to European hot chocolate, which is a great thing! Extremely chocolatey all the way through instead of just at the bottom. Served warm and ready to enjoy right there. Not too hot, not too cold. Just right. Only critique is there sizes. Most small sizes are 10/12 oz. but here it was 8. Luckily the 12 oz. was about the same as most other shops: $2.75."

"This has all the fixings to cater to your local coffee shop needs. The ambiance is stellar being located below ground with a really clean atmosphere as well. The offerings are unique and tasty; they even have Cleveland bagels too! It's definitely worth a try if you haven't."

"I love the local and slow train. The coffee is great, I love the pastries, and the ambiance is wonderful. Every time I go I order an everything bagel with bacon, egg, cheese, avocado, and chipotle mayo. Unfortunately, every time my bagel, egg, and bacon are all frozen in the middle. If this problem is to be fixed, it would be 5 stars across the board."

"I first want to start off by saying how great of a job Maggie did! Line was full of people but she made sure to greet and take the time to listen to each customers order with full attention to detail. I got the strawberry matcha with a blueberry muffin and was PHENOMENAL!! Boyfriend got a lemonade and the bacon egg and cheese bagel with avocado and tomato and was so glad he got two! Atmosphere is beautiful and gives off an authentic modern coffee look. Amazing staff and even more amazing coffee"
