"Enjoying our GREAT WTC single origin coffees. These excellent micro-roasters know what they are doing. First, their selection is exceptional. We started with the Ethiopian Gera, and it was fantastic. The tasting notes are spot on; something we only find here and there with other roasters. Our next selection was Panama Camiseta Estate, and we are very much enjoying drinking it now. Like the Ethiopian Gera, the tasting notes are again spot on (2 for 2; a first for us!). Panamanian coffee is becoming my favorite. We have over the past year and a half drank coffee from small batch roasters around the USA, and Alisa and I can honestly say the WTC coffees are among the best!"
