"This is our favorite coffee shop in Columbus. The coffee is always so fresh. The selection is always fantastic, they have a huge choice of regular menu and then always have specialty drink menu that changes. We have not eaten, but the bagels look amazing. The staff is super friendly. We really enjoyed their Christmas week specials this year as well. I highly reccomend!"

"Has anyone else felt like 5Beans, 5 bean mocha coffee, isn't as flavorful as it used to be? My daughter and I went to the store today and found this to be the case. Our drinks were missing the sweet flavors that drew us to 5 Bean for many years. It wasn't always this way. My drink literally just tasted like warm milk. Pumpkin spice lovers will be thrilled to know it’s available year-round! The staff is incredible, treating you like family from the moment you walk in. Lauren, in particular, goes above and beyond to make every visit special. The atmosphere and service are so exceptional that I happily drive 20 minutes, passing more than 10 other coffee shops, just to enjoy it. I’ve even recruited my colleagues to check it out, and they’re just as impressed as I am! If you’re looking for great coffee and a welcoming experience, give this place a try—you won’t regret it!"

"I have been coming here since I was 16, and I came back for the first time in about a year this morning and ordered a Frozen Frosted Cookie. This drink used to taste sweet and enjoyable with a touch of coffee. When I got it today, I threw it away after a few sips because it tasted like a gritty protein powder blended with ice. It was incredibly disappointing, I am not sure if the recipe changed on these blended drinks, but I had an awful experience. We also ordered breakfast sandwiches and my croissant was cold in a way that let me know it was never properly heated through to begin with. It was a very disappointing 30 dollars spent for drinks and sandwiches for my fiance and I."
