"I really like their coffee and always leave a good tip. Today I ordered an oat milk cappuccino, and I noticed a shaker with chocolate sprinkles on the counter. When I asked the barista if I could add some to my drink, she said it’s for another drink. I found that response unnecessary and a bit dismissive — a small gesture of flexibility would have gone a long way."
