"I went in there this morning to try the new double stacked bagel. I am not a morning person at all but I happened to be up for some weird reason so I went to grab breakfast. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Chase was even whistling. What a pleasant experience. Thank you guys, for the delicious bagel on a very cold Saturday morning!"

"I went on my work break to the one in strongsville OH, I went inside and I ordered an western bagel sandwich (with sausage and American cheese subs). My sandwich was room temperature. The sausage didn't even looked cooked or tasted cooked the only warm part was the egg. I couldn't even eat it. I thought they're supposed to be toasted. Smh I will never eat there again. The one in Westlake is way better. Never got cold food there."

The cashier was polite but the guy making the sandwiches was obviously stressed because he got annoyed that I came to see the area he was working in . I’d order to go Cz the place is chaotic."
