"rubycats has become one of my favorite places in toledo! the cats are all adorable and so so sweet and well cared for. the staff are all very informed and care for these cats a lot and they’re always friendly and answer any questions that we have about the feline residents. i love that toledo now has a cat cafe and that the cats are adoptable and will forever be grateful for this cat cafe’s existence especially because i met my cat baby and adopted her through rubycats. the work that the rubycats team does to care for these cats is amazing. and of course, again the cats are ADORABLE!!!!"

"Very cute location, loved the design, was very clean and cozy. Great way to meet potential adopters for these kitties. My only (minor) complaint is that there were too many people during our visit and most kitties were occupied or shy because lots of people were around so not a whole lot of one on one time. Otherwise very good experience, staff is super caring and friendly. I’m sure if I went at a less booked time it would be slightly different."

"Such a wonderful place to relax and spend time with feline friends! Love what they are doing here! It was super quiet when we went (we were the only ones there at the time) and the cats were so friendly! Highly recommend this place to relax and unwind.
