"I love Candy Cloud! I literally drive 45 minutes just to get Candy Cloud. The staff is so nice and helpful. The self help kiosks are fast and easy to order on. The prices are good, and the wait time is reasonably fast. Their drinks and soft serve are so yummy and so aesthetically pleasing. I love that they give out stickers while supplies last and have a new sticker drop about every month. I'm also obsessed with their seasonal menu. I had their cotton candy dirty soda which they had in October, and just tried their frozen hot chocolate which they have now in November. I'm also obsessed with their layered birthday cake soft serve. It is SOOO good! The pictures I posted are the Dirt Pie layered soft serve, Birthday Cake layered soft serve, Butterfly Lavender Lemonade, Mangonade with mango flavored boba, and the frozen hot chocolate. Sadly I never took a picture of their cotton candy dirty soda, but I hope they bring that back because it was divine. Try this place, you will not regret it!"

"We had such a great experience at Candy Cloud in Willoughby! We ordered a mix of treats, including the Blended Blue Coconut Lemonade, Birthday Cake layered, and fun add-ins like Sweet Cream Cloud Foam, Sour Blue Raspberry Boba, and Strawberry Popping Boba, everything was delicious! The Blue Coconut Lemonade was perfectly blended, super refreshing, and had that bright, summery flavor. The Birthday Cake layered was a hit too, fluffy, sweet, and tasted exactly like real birthday cake. The boba add-ins made everything even more fun. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and cute, and everything tasted fresh. Even the large iced water was crisp. Overall, such a fun and unique treat spot. We’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!"

"This place is fantastic. I stumbled upon this place last week and enjoyed my experience so much that I returned today. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and always full of helpful suggestions for things to try on the menu. The the sandwiches, especially the bacon, egg, and cheese with Sriracha is fantastic. The drinks are super tasty, full of flavor and you can tell they’re made with Karen consideration. I would recommend this to anybody in the area or around the area. "We saw this place on TikTok and just happen to be in the neighborhood. Our sandwiches were made fresh and were delicious. We got the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich—amazing!
