"I don’t usually leave a review. It’s happens to me every time I go. I always get the strawberry Dubai cup cause they are great. They take my order then I have to get a refund because they never have strawberry’s . I’ve waited an hour for strawberry’s a couple times. Very disappointed I know it’s a popular item possibly but every time. Don’t take an order if you don’t know thank you!"

"We love bubble wrapped but they are now super slow on several things. I don’t usually review things in this manner because things happen but twice in one week online orders were ignored/unnoticed until we showed up at counter. The system doesn’t make noise(y’all should fix that) but the response when asked if they didn’t at least glance over at the ticket printout every few minutes was “we doooo but we don’t usually get online orders.” Call me crazy but if you offer online orders you should handle them with the same attention. The lady was nice but we ordered curbside and had to go in and wait. Turned into a 20 minute in store ordeal"

"The owner & staff are so delightful. Very kind & attentive. The pretzels were so good. I had the cinnamon sugar and the pretzel bites with jalapeño cheese sauce. Very good & satisfying! I have also tried their boba as well which was so good! I love that Bartlesville has its own coffee & boba shop. Even better now they they have started selling pretzels!"

All of the workers are so sweet and the boba/pretzels are to die for especially the cinnamon/sugar pretzel with caramel and regular pretzel with the jalepeno cheese!! 100/10 recommend to anyone who steps foot in the mall!"
