"I’ll start with what I liked! The ambiance is really cute, and the service was genuinely great, friendly, welcoming, and a great spot for a meet up! That said, I order a chai tea latte everywhere I go, always on the hunt for that cozy balance of spice, warmth, and comfort. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark completely. It was poured straight from a box, and it tasted like it. Thin, muted, and lacking any real chai personality. No bold spice, no depth, no moment where you pause and think, yes, this is the chai I’ve been looking for. Their coffee may be excellent, I honestly wouldn’t know, but coffee isn’t what I’m chasing. I’m here for chai, and this felt like an afterthought rather than a crafted drink. Even boxed chai can be elevated with care, but this one felt rushed and uninspired. If you’re serious about chai and crave that rich, spiced punch, this latte will likely leave you still searching."

"Cozy! Has different types of seating, including a place in front of a fire. Board games for kids and adults. Menu has traditional drip coffee ans americanos (excellent) plus the more sugary fun drinks. There are non-coffee beverages, but I didn't purchase those. They were very lovely to look at!"
