"Crumbl needs to update website when closing early. I checked all day to make sure they were open as I couldn’t leave my patient til 8pm. 1/23 No snow but I get there just a few minutes after 8pm, open sign is still on and door is open. I walk in and I’m greeted (not) with We’re closed! Well your website says open late, your sign says open, you can’t sell me some cookies? NO! Update your website when you decide to close early! Another customer came while I was there and said “it says open late!”"

"I had a curbside order but the two curbside spots were taken so I parked right next to them. My order said “complete” but I hadn’t received it so I called. The girl on the phone in a rude tone said “well you weren’t out there when I went out.” I get that I wasn’t in the designated parking but the way it was said was unnecessarily harsh. My cookie was sold out so I chose a replacement. She slammed the phone down after I said “thank you.” When she brought it out, I thanked her again and she just gave me a dirty look and walked away without saying anything back to me. The cookie looks like she didn’t care to make it half decent."

"I’m not sure if they were just struggling or what but we ordered our cookies on the app. One was supposed to be chilled but was melted and the other was supposed to be served warm but was not. Not only was it not warm but they didn’t put the frosting and crumbles on the cookie. So I received a plain cookie instead of what I ordered. There also was only one worker in the store that I saw so maybe that’s part of the terrible service. It might not have been too big of a deal if I didn’t live an hour away from the store so I couldn’t just return and get my order corrected. I tried to call the store three separate times and got a recording that no one was available to take my call. I love crumbl cookie and have ordered cookies from them a lot! But this store doesn’t give them a good look. I hope they check into the problems at this store and fix them. I will most likely avoid this store in the future."

"The cookie itself was pretty tasty, but the “service” left something to be desired. “Put your order in here ( gesturing to the kiosk)” while walking away from the counter. I don’t like the kiosk that asks for a tip prior to any service, but I added a buck (via cash) to my $5 cookie. There was no thank you, just a sense I was an interruption to the young lady behind the counter. The cookie was produced fairly quickly by the only other staff person visible and again without any niceties. Maybe an off day, but my money is better spent elsewhere."

"I love this location! Everytime I buy cookies from them I’m never disappointed that they won’t look and taste the way they are supposed to. They are always spot on and leaves me wanting more!"
