"i just want to say i’m extremely disappointed with whoever grey is, and jeff or jess the manager she would not let me speak too and instead hung up on me. i clearly stated i received the wrong donuts as it states on doordash sprinkle cake donut not blueberry and chocolate, so i had called sense i received the wrong order and she immediately gets an attitude and says im wrong there’s not an option for that and then proceeds to hang up and ignore the rest of the calls afterwards. this is extremely unprofessional"

"I stopped by this Daylight Donut shop quite frequently. It was about 30 minutes until they closed. Apparently, their card reader was down after I waited in line for about 10 minutes. I always have cash on me, but this particular time I didn’t have any cash. I asked if I could Apple Pay one of them or possibly bring cash back tomorrow morning when I came back through. They told me no, they could not do that while I sat there and seen 20 packs of donut holes sitting there that we’re fixing to be completely tossed out in about 30 minutes. Very frustrating that their system was down and I waited in line and they weren’t willing to help me out Until the following morning and I would pay full price."

"2 sausage egg and cheese 8.00 even Left a tip. But I am disappointed in the quality of sandwich was smaller than other places. Sandwich was made fresh but being wrapped in paper the sandwich stuck to paper do it being warm it sweated in paper. Really disappointed in the quality"

"***when I called to tell them they were so nice and offered a full refund. But I didn’t take it I was just happy they offered it. But looks can be deceiving. I thought I was about to have a good breakfast. They ran out of Sausage rolls at 9 AM. The coffee was cold. My ham, egg and cheese croissant had no egg in it so it was basically a ham and cheese sandwich warmed up in the microwave with a croissant. The blueberry donut holes were good, but the cake donuts were dry. The building looks new, but food not worth it. I would only recommend the donut holes."

"This donut shop is always extremely slow but I have continued to support business. Today I’m in line while 9 months pregnant the lady decides to say “I need you to scoot over so you don’t lose your place in line” excuse me I’m literally having contractions and have been waiting for 15 minutes. Very rude! I will never spend another dollar there!"
