"I can't lie we have already snuck a bite of the chocolate chip on the way home. My daughters and i just could NOT wait! This was out first visit. Spoiler alert.. every single cookie we tried was delicious!! Super impressed that they taste so homemade! They have a nice firm outside but gooey like fresh out of the oven on the inside. I am one of the few who can’t stand the cookies from crumble cookie. They taste too sweet and chemically for me.. i know i am the minority in this lol. Anyways.. we just shared and tasted tested the crinkle, the oreo, the bookworm (which is the cookie of the month), and the regular chocolate chip! So yummy! I also loved that they didn’t “dress” the cookie and have it sitting it in a display case. They dressed each cookie in the box after you purchased it. All the toppings added stayed in the box! And so was the soda as well! My daughter got the little Booger I think it was called. But they have several hand mixed sodas as well. Little nervous/dangerous that company is so close to my new house lol! 😬But can honestly say this is the best cookies we have tried in BA. From the customer service (such a sweet and super patient cashier), to cleanliness, to the delicious products! Hands down we will be back! 👏🏼 Way to go Twisted Sugar!"

"I’ve tried almost all of the cookies here, and they are absolutely my favorite dessert in town. The cookies are served cold, soft and chewy, with plenty of icing. I think the salted caramel and the swizzle sugar are my favorite flavors. I am begging them to bring back the April carrot cake cookie. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten."

"Definitely our favorite cookie place in town. They had lots of good flavors. (Extra points because they were out of a couple and told us up front, unlike another cookie place in town that continues to sell even when sold out and then tries to force you to pick a replacement, rather than giving you a refund.) The staff is helpful and friendly, and the store has a rewards program and tap to pay. I didn't see the drive through but saw it mentioned in other reviews so I'll try it soon. We tried six flavors. My partner's favorite was oatmeal chocolate chip, followed by krinkle. My favorite was banana cream, followed by peanut butter nutella."

"Very small but cute space. Cookies are very sweet and a little doughy but we liked them. The drink menu is full of fun combos and every one we ordered was yummy! Love that they have a drive-thru. Employees were friendly and helpful. My husband brought an assortment of cookies to work and they raved about them!"
