"Amazing bakery! The owners of this bakery are dedicated to their craft. You can taste it in their food, see it in their presence at the location. They are so friendly, welcoming, and warm, always being there to facilitate allergy, friendly treats. Prices are fair, and the food is phenomenal! It’s been years since I had a soft baked pretzel, and they had Not just one but three different flavors in the bakery. Their cookies are amazing. If you haven’t tried this place I would highly recommend it! I drive all the way from Mustang because it’s the only place that I can eat bread, soup/chili, and desserts safely!! It’s a dedicated nut free, gluten-free dairy, free bakery!! Support your local, small business, go try it even if you aren’t dealing with food allergies/intolerance. Being recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, this bakery is amazing to keep me out of a flare!"

"No flour at all in the kitchen, so there is no chance at all that you will accidentally get "glutened." My friend has Celiac and this is an important detail to mention! I, however, love gluten, but these cakes are SO DELICIOUS you won't miss it! The staff is friendly and quick assembling your order. I've been twice in the past week and tasted the Monkey Bread, red velvet, chocolate and carrot mini cakes. All were fabulous!"

"Best gluten free bakery I’ve ever been to! I’ve been gluten free my whole life and the bakeries here are never fully safe, cheap, or good. This place is amazing, the owner is so sweet and his wife (celiac) made all the recipes! The apple fritters and cinnamon rolls are my favorites, the pretzels are made traditionally, and the whole place is entirely clean and well-kept. Please come try it, they don’t get many people and I want them to do well here!"

"No cow bakery is just what we needed here in Edmond. The owner himself came out and talked with us about his journey while we ate the AMAZING gluten free food. I found out about my gluten intolerance back in 2024 and it’s been a struggle trying to find substitutes to the things I used to love. This place really made my day.
