The green tea was made to perfection—smooth, well-balanced, and very refreshing—and it paired perfectly with the grilled cheese sandwich, which was warm, crispy, and satisfying. The aesthetics of the café are really appealing. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, making it an ideal place to get some work done. There’s plenty of seating, lots of outlets, and enough room to feel comfortable without being cramped. Overall, Stella Nova offers a nice balance of quality drinks, good food, and a productive atmosphere. It’s an easy place to settle in, enjoy your order, and spend a few hours without feeling rushed. The staff were also very friendly and kind. Great place to get some work done!"

"I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, and as soon as I picked up the drink, I could tell something was off. I visit the OKC location all the time and it never looks like this one did. It was pale, almost no color, and tasted completely bland with zero caramel flavor. I went back to ask if maybe I got the wrong drink, and the barista told me the caramel was “mixed in.” I even showed her the cup, and she insisted that’s how it’s supposed to look. It clearly wasn’t. It tasted like nothing but their base, milk, and ice blended together—no flavor, no sweetness, nothing. I didn’t have time to argue with staff who didn’t seem to care or want to fix the mistake. I left frustrated and disappointed. I definitely won’t be returning to this location."

"I ordered food and really wanted a coffee but did not order one. Hannah handed me my delish egg and bacon English muffin with a giant smile that made me smile! Brandon the manager, had been attentive to my coffee pricing inquiry, and asked me what kind of coffee I would have ordered. And the next thing I know Brandon was handing me a free coffee and the one of my dreams! Just what I would have ordered!! Stella Nova has amazingly friendly and attentive employees from the manager down. Thank you guys so much for making my week!!"

"I had a phenomenal experience at the Stella Nova in Edmond once again. I got the applejack macchiato, and it was just as good as I remember it. Seth did an amazing job taking my order and was interested in listening to my favorite chemistry joke. I didn’t catch the name of the person who made my coffee, but she did an excellent job as well. I would definitely recommend this local coffee shop if you’re in the area!"
