"This location is so convenient. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get a double shot of espresso without purchasing a triple shot. Espresso is my go to. I will definitely be back. The convenience of ordering ahead is amazing. I think I could get my order and be back in my office in 5 minutes. I’m that close. And, getting rewards for something I’m going to order anyway is an awesome incentive. I’m happy with my triple shot but I’m not going to fall asleep fast tonight, I’m afraid. I enjoy the flavor of the espresso. It wasn’t that warm when I got it but I know it was fresh. That didn’t bother me that much but it might when it gets colder. I am now a Scooter’s fan. The triple shot of espresso is a reasonable price in comparison to the cost of a double shot at other coffee shops."

"The lady behind the microphone absolutely WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR ORDER. Ordered a drink i get nearly daily at another location and she claimed it cant be made when we got to the windows AFTER we paid, then it took 10 minutes to have her make something other than a black coffee, which I'm hesitant to even try because her attitude."

"You need to hire people with better service skills. The girl running the register had a bad attitude. I said no whip and had to say loudly no whip again at the window. She just left the whip she had put on it and gave to a different girl to hand it to me. Purdy poor service. The one with the am better then you attitude is going to cost you sales. I will never buy from there again. By the way I toss the drink out because I didn't trust she made it with out doing something to it. The one who made it was the one running the window. I will send this off to corporate."

"Scooter's is a decent coffee hut. Not as many flavor choices and variety as some, but what they have is good."
