"This was our first time visiting, and it was BUSY. Thankfully, they had plenty of staff on hand. However, our main concern was the lack of an organized system to manage the chaos. There were about at least 6-8 employees working, but what appeared to be the manager was both taking orders at the register and walking back and forth to hand out food—all while a long line of customers waited inside and several cars were in the drive-thru. It would make more sense to have one person focused on taking orders, while others handle order distribution. The customer in front of us even made a comment like, “Okay, it’s finally my turn,” clearly frustrated with the wait and back-and-forth movement. Overall, the staffing was there, but the workflow needs improvement. With better coordination, the experience could be much smoother."

"We have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The smoothies are always delicious and the service is fast and friendly. It is a little pricey but it’s a nice treat."

"Edit: After trying our smoothies, they all tasted terrible compared to how they normally do. I went to tropical after placing an order online. I didnt know what the name was on the account and it doesnt tell you on the order confirmed screen. I told him the name typically on my rewards apps, and it wasn't under that name. He got sort of upset and proceeded to have an attitude for the rest of our interaction, and when we figured out the name of the order, he sighed heavily and said, "It's not ready yet, I guess you can pull up." The whole interaction felt extremely unprofessional, especially as someone who works in the service industry. I think I'd rather drive to a further location next time so I don't have to deal with the terrible service."

"We've visited this store several times when we're in the area. They have always been consistent with good service!! The smoothies we bought - Bahama Mama for Joe and an Island Green (no kale, add energizer) were delicious, flavorful and just what we were looking for!!! Unlike the Mustang store the day before - the Mustang manager (Alex) was rude, verbally abusive and showed disdain for us by making lousy smoothies we couldn't drink!! We saw by the reviews that we weren't the only ones getting messed up food, drinks, and attitude!! Thank you too this store for serving us such good smoothies!!!"
