"Just some constructive criticism from a very loyal customer. I go here almost everyday, in the recent month it has been substantially slower for service. Waiting in the line for 30+ minutes. It use to move very fast. Just wondering what changed? The Langley wait makes me keep on driving some days because I don’t have the time."

"I been a regular loyal customer since the location open and I will say it was so nice, it's a nice vibe in the morning before heading into to work, that was my routine every morning spending easily $10 to $13 on my drink and that is not including the tip I will give, bc I had add on's which I did not mind spending bc the getting drinks made regular is so affordable so the price is not the issue. I paid for all my add on's and tip mostly every time I come. On the device they use to take the orders plus handing cash to the barista that hand off your drink to you I done this for 2 1/2 years straight and to see the service go down the drain. Every now and then I would get attitudes about me having to many add on's and I would even apologized for it bc I did not want to make their job harder even though I am paying for all those add on's and tipping them and I still got attitude and when I seen a couple barista's slam, man handle my drink while making it and half the time the drink came out wrong and instead of asking to remake I would just take the drink to avoid the attitude I would get if I did. Mind you I work in Tulsa so I can't afford to wait any longer than I have too. I even start going to the one in Tulsa on memorial since it was closer to my job. So my last straw is when a girl with ginger hair with piercings slim built put under my account when they pull my number making a note to other barista's when my drink come up stating "I'm sorry" implying my drink is too much and sorry you have to do it. I was done, after the attitude I look over and the declining customer service I say thank you every time my drink comes out to be overfilled leaking from the sides tops popping off drink being bitter and so many times in the past 4 months. It's unfortunate bc I hype this coffee shop up all the time where even my co workers start coming. To receive poor service and attitude almost every time I come through. This was my spot my go to but now I will take my money and add on's elsewhere two years plus being loyal member to be treated like garbage while tipping is crazy. Thank you for the barista's that were kind and respectful. In the Muskogee location the two sisters and one is married are always a pleasant experience , the young blonde hair lady with the that had a baby not to long ago, always a smile and warm greetings they deserve a raise!! The two men with glasses one with black hair w/ ponytail and the other short hair and always wear a baseball cap great for business and very warm with customers they deserve a raise too please! Loved what 7 brew was about but theses past few months I have had so many bad experiences i have to find a new spot for my morning coffee which is a bummer bc the brew use to be Lit! Smh"

"I love 7brews drinks however the service here is unacceptable. The workers are always in a mad and serious mood. They never greet or even communicate with their customers. The line moves so slow. They make me never want to come again even though their drinks are my favorite. I am very upset."
