"For the great quality, reasonable prices, and good service, Wild Hero Coffee Co is the place to stop by for some good coffee (and other drinks and snacks) in Mustang! Although I was never in a rush whenever I visited, my drinks were made quite quickly yet always hit the mark! I hope to try some of their other drinks with each future visit. So far, I tried the Regular Hot Cinnamon Delight Latte, the Regular Hot S’mores Latte, and the Regular Hot and Iced versions of the Wild Honey and Cinnamon Latte. Out of all of them, it is hard to pick a favorite! However, I feel that the Cinnamon Delight Latte and Wild Honey and Cinnamon Lattes would be more of my regular go-to option. The Cinnamon Delight Latte has just the right amount of sweetness for me personally—just a light amount! When I tried it, I was in a great need of a pick-me-up, and it certainly did just that. It was not too strong as a drink in the best way possible with its subtle but present cinnamon flavors. This Latte was at a comfortable temperature and felt really warming! The S’mores Latte was a very solid drink! The espresso was nicely apparent, and it looked gorgeous. The crushed graham crackers and chocolate syrup added some sweetness. That was balanced well with coffee itself. Overall, these added a nice texture to this rich drink! I do not know if it was just be but it really did remind me of the campfire warmth! The Wild Honey and Cinnamon Lattes were just as delicious too. It also had the right amount of sweetness without being too much! Honey is always nice as a sweetener, and I love cinnamon—it is great paired together! The interior was quite nice and relaxing. It was always clean when I came in, and I felt encouraged to continue my work inside. The employees here were always polite too! I think Wild Hero Coffee Co will be my nice, nearby spot for coffee in the future!"

"Called in a drink over the phone on Tuesday. Picked it up a few minutes later, no problem. Called in a drink Thursday over the phone, suddenly, the same employee that helped me Tuesday said “we don’t take orders over the phone.” My issue was that the quick change was addressed after my order on the Tuesday. I’m pretty sure the owner was on the phone when I had called it in because two women picked up the phone but one said something along the lines of “I’m here, Sheila”. "

"I will start by saying I love small business and also when people work hard to give good service. So this is an owner issue and not the girls working behind the counter. Prices...should be slightly lower than starbucks down the steet and the specialty items we ordered were about $1 more than the bucks. The cinnamon roll was high for sure at almost $6. Service...it should not take 15 minutes for a latte to come out hot. That is on the owner for not up-staffing for a busy sunday morning. Taste...all items were really tasty and there were no quality issues. Stock...no forks available for cinnamon roll. Or plastic knives to cut the cinnamon roll. Ambience...mood music is good, furniture is new and comfy, lighting is utilitarian and too bright. "The feel" of a niche coffee shop should be warm and almost brooding (think old basement or dive bar) so that you step into a different world. Now this is cowboy themed so you could do it up so cool. But again that is an owner not wanting to spend the resources sweat or tears to get to that point. Overall grade is probably a C- mostly because of convenience and taste. C'mon Hero, get on that horsey and blow us away with effort!"
