"Truth in advertising! This place is a classic! Love it - the style - the food - the service! I got a double meat cheeseburger fries and large drink for $13.50! Fast friendly service - order was correct and the food was great! Fries were fresh & hot and so was burger - they chop up the onions & lettuce - I like that! I’m a big fan of Tucker’s but these guys are giving them a run! Thanks classic 50’s!"

"Saw the post about the struggling business and really wanted to like this food… unfortunately the quality is not there whatsoever. Chicken cooked in old grease and tastes burnt. Hot dogs are grey in color from dirty water and are super tiny. Chili and cheese is cheap and tastes awful. Only bearable thing I ordered were the unseasoned French fries and the sprite with skittles. My 5 year old would not even eat the hotdog because of the clear discoloration in the “meat” or so I think it’s meat. We spent $40 here and threw it away after a few bites and ordered Chipotle instead. Get rid of the food items and make this place a drinks and ice cream drive in. Otherwise a shutdown is inevitable. Never thought I would say Sonic is better than another drive in but this experience will never bring me back here over just going to sonic. Really a shame such a staple business in Norman could fall to these standards. 1/5 stars and being generous with that rating."

"Went here tonight for dinner. Noticed there were alot of Oklahoma Outlaws fast pitch players 14U around. Saw a sign they were having a fundraiser didn't think much about it till a young girl delivered our food to us and she spilled one if the drinks picked it up and gave to us anyways what was left. As you can see my ticket was 15 so I gave a 20 and extra 50 cents for her. She took it all and said thanks. I did not realize that was going to be like that and I was actually taken a bit back she just walked off with all my money. I am all about helping just didn't expect that in that manner. Then we start the eat our burgers. Oh my this is another story. Not sure if the girls 14 and under were in the kitchen too but it sure looked like it from the looks of how much mustard was put on the burgers. They were soggy and mustard was dripping out. It was horrible."

"I waited for 2 years to come back to Norman to get 50's diner. I got kissed today and the first place I went was to get my broccoli cheddar bites. I got to my son's house open the bag and this is what was in the bag. I was so disappointed. My son tried to talk me out of going there he said that they have gone downhill since the last time I was there but I had to see for myself. I wish I would have taken his advice and gone to del rancho."

"Food was terrible. According to their sign, they might go out of business. They should really consider it unless they improve the quality of their product. The serving of French fries was small and tasted plain. Hamburgers were very dry and flavorless. The steak sandwich tasted like it was from a school lunchroom. Sorry guys, you lost my business. Good luck"
