from Google"Legendary stop for Breakfast. Can still give you a good Daily Special. Relaxing and terrific coffee and service staff. Mostly booths and small tables. You may find a OU Sooners fan in there at All times."
"The most underrated breakfast place in Norman, maybe the world. The omelettes are incredible and under $10 and they come with hash browns. Plus they had the last existing smoking section in a breakfast joint which is commendable."
"Lived in Norman for the past 3 years and finally stopped in for breakfast. What a treasure! A down-home eatery, great service, and the best home-cooked breakfast not at home I experienced. The home fries were (sad to say) much better than I cook! Eggs cooked well without burnt edges; pork loin slices tender and juicy; biscuit not baked or hard; and the gravy complimented everything! I never had to ask for a coffee refill. That is part of their fantastic service. I truly felt at home. I will be stopping in more often. This is a place I will bring family for breakfast when visiting!"
"Walk in and the place was full so I sat at the counter. I noticed the counter does not have much space. My waitress was super in taking my order and checking in on me. I got an omelette with hash browns and a biscuit & gravy. Omelette was good and the sides were ok. Inside it gets chaotic because of all the customers. Also note they only take cash."
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “A Cozy Diner Worth Coming Back For – Two Days in a Row!” Love the feel of this mom-and-pop diner! And for anyone wondering about parking — don’t be discouraged by the small lot out front, there’s plenty of parking on the side of the building. I’m not a big fan of chain restaurants, so I was excited to try a true local spot. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Amy, who has the bubbliest, most welcoming personality. Being first-timers, we were ready to try it all — and we ended up coming back the very next day because we loved it so much! Day one: we ordered the breakfast quesadilla (so big I had to take half home!) and the supreme burrito with homemade Verde sauce. My husband absolutely loved it — and the burrito was literally the size of the plate. Day two: I had the Florentine omelette, and he had the meat lovers omelette. And let me tell you — he’s not a coffee drinker, but he had three cups here, so that says everything you need to know about their coffee. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and Chef Robert deserves a special shoutout for the fried green tomatoes — that breading is addictive. The whole place has that cozy, nostalgic vibe that makes you want to slow down, sip your coffee, and chat with friendly strangers. If you’re looking for a hearty breakfast in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back — and I highly recommend you check them out, too."
