"Our food was great! We really enjoyed our server William and the team. We were talked into there’d velvet pancake which was amazing. Pictured are the West Side Benny and the Back to the Basics. The environment was quieter due to the snow and ice. The service was great."

"My server David was an absolute star at his job. He was attentive, kind, thoughtful and answered all my questions - and made a SOLID recommendation. He recommended the Cuban - best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The manager Trent was one of the best managers I’ve seen - he’s hands on; running plates, bringing drinks, seating guests AND checking in with his people. I could not recommend this place MORE. It’s was a wonderful experience!"

"My wife and I had been wanting to visit this place for a while. They were always extremely busy whenever we attempted to visit Neighborhood JAM. We went with friends last Sunday, though, and it was well worth the wait. The coffee was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. The cuisine? Delectable! The shrimp and grits I had were excellent, among the best I've ever had. The service was excellent as well. Staff members are attentive and kind. Although there may be a slight wait during busy times, I highly recommend checking this place out."

"My husband and I tried Neighborhood Jam for the first time today and we were really impressed! They have a gluten free menu which is always a plus for me! The food was very delicious! My husband also got to try their cinnamon roll and absolutely loved it! The service was great too and very accommodating with us and our baby! We had a great experience and will be back for sure!"

"Perfect place for breakfast/brunch. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server quickly took our drink order and revisited to take our food order. Even with the restaurant being extremely busy they had our food out quickly and it was piping hot & fresh! The atmosphere is booming and the staff are very bubbly! I would highly recommend this Neighborhood JAM to all of my friends and family as the food and service are top notch!😋"
