"I ordered donuts and Kolaches on Sunday for delivery. They delivered the donuts only and told us they didnt have enough kolaches to fulfill the order. I was fine with that so I just asked for a refund. Door dash explained that they were unable to do that due to the order being places on their website. I called shipley and asked for a refund for the Kolaches as I ordered a half dozen of them and that was 21 dollars. They said someone would contact me which they never did and I never got my money back. Pretty poor customer service and I order from here again. Donuts wernt even great either."
