"We went through the drive-thru at Swig and had such a great experience thanks to Cade! From the start, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic. He took the time to ask what we liked and made thoughtful recommendations—and wow, he absolutely nailed it. He suggested Watermelon Sugar for me and Texas Tab for Steph, and both drinks were AMAZING. Perfectly mixed, super refreshing, and exactly what we didn’t even know we were craving. Even though it was just a drive-thru visit, Cade made it feel personal and fun, not rushed at all. His positive energy and great customer service really stood out and turned a simple stop into a highlight of our day. Swig is lucky to have him, and we’ll definitely be back—already planning to order those same drinks again!"

"Absolutely disgusted. The weather in the 20’s but the “feels like” temp is 13 degrees, with 20mph winds—we just got in line only to see they’re making their employees stand outside to take orders. People will absolutely understand the orders taking longer or whatever excuse Swig needs to make to take orders from the window. I don’t care if you let the employees go in every five minutes like the girl told us making sure not to complain— But this is DANGEROUS—& seriously the same as abuse. We won’t be returning to a place that doesn’t give their employees even the most bottom of the barrel care & respect."

"I get a 32 oz. Strawberry breeze w/sparkling water & extra coconut cream & it is delicious! I crave it often. It is lower calorie than soda & has fresh strawberries. It’s a refresher. I truly love it!"

"Seems like people use the drive thru here and I see why. If you go inside the staff are so focused on drive thru orders and talking to each other that it takes a while for them to acknowledge the customers in the lobby. A young lady did finally acknowledge myself and another customer and took our orders. She asked for my phone number and Im guessing that's for a point system...idk it wasnt explained to me. I looked it up once I got in my vehicle and discovered they have an app and a loyalty program. I got the Bloody Wild and it was different but good. The taste is hard to explain but I couldnt stop drinking it lol. Anyway, If you like fancy pops this is a great place to check out but it's takeout only."

Girl that was working the window was also really friendly and told us about the new holiday cookies and although we didn’t get any we appreciated her telling us about them and will definitely get some next time we go!"
