I have come to Frida for so much guidance, she has curated cleansing baths, a protection oil specific to my needs, guided me on creating herbal teas for my health, her talents seem endless, anything that I have come to her with that I’m struggling in my life with, she has given me so much direction, guidance, and clarity. I truly can’t say enough about how fantastic Frida, her staff and the Art&Soul metaphysical place is, it truly has been such a blessing. Also, I can’t forget their coffee shop, it is also amazing as well, I usually grab one before shopping."
