"On a friend's recommendation, I went to Aspen Coffee, in Edmond. It was my first time, and I just wanted a quick cup for the evening. There were a few guests in the Cafe, and plenty of seating for more. I simply came to get a to-go cup. The flavor was Moka Java brew...I added cream and sugar. It was hot, but not too hot to begin sipping. The coffee was good and I will try a specialty coffee if I get back to OKC."

"Aspen Coffee is one of my go-to spots in Oklahoma City. They have a great selection of coffee, pastries, and food items like burritos, avocado toast, and more. I’ve visited several times to get work done and always enjoy the atmosphere. The staff is consistently friendly and the service is great. Whether you’re looking for a place to work, meet up, or just grab a cup of coffee with a friend, I’d definitely recommend checking it out."

"It’s important to have a pretty calm atmosphere when you’re having a nice coffee just to relax or when you’re meeting some friends to have a good conversation. This place offers everything you could ask for! On top of the different coffee beans they serve, they have good snacks as well that goes well with the coffee. Enjoy your time here."

"I guess the people who work here are so full of themselves that they make someone who has already paid for just a bag of coffee wait while they finish telling their precious story to a co-worker, rather than serve the bag of coffee and then tell the story. The culture at this Aspen is not customer-first, so I would not recommend it if you are in a hurry; THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME. More expensive than Starbucks, and the coffee is bad."

"As someone who went to college in Stillwater, I was so excited to find out Aspen was coming to OKC! We stopped in this weekend and the new location did not disappoint. My go-to is the blended chai. We also got the cortada with oat milk. Their pastries are delicious and they have a good assortment to choose from. Before we left, we made sure to get a bag of toasted almond coffee beans for the week. This location includes a drive thru, a very friendly staff, and is spotless!"
