What People Are Saying
from Google"Bar Arbolada serves the best burger in all of Oklahoma. The food is consistently incredible, but what really makes this place special is the experience. The servers are kind, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk with, and you can tell real care goes into every drink they craft. Anytime we have friends visiting from out of town, this is where we take them. It never disappoints. There are booths that work great for larger groups and sidewalk tables that are perfect on a beautiful day. While it is a bar, we have often seen families with young kids enjoying dinner here earlier in the evening, which says a lot about the welcoming atmosphere. Alton Brown once said this was the best burger he has ever had, and I am inclined to agree. Bar Arbolada is a place we keep coming back to and one we love sharing with others."
"I went with my friends for a couple drinks and because I've heard the burgers were delicious. As soon as we walked in I was a bit overwhelmed because there were a LOT of people there. But we were greeted kindly by a bartender with curly hair and she helped us decide which drinks to order. The drinks, delicious. A tad on the expensive side, but I'd do it again. The food also didn't disappoint. Overall it was a great time, with solid food and drinks, with the staff definitely adding to the experience. I'd happily go back."
"This is the second time I’ve been here. The first time I sat at the bar and bartender was very friendly and helpful. I loved the folks, drinks, service, and atmosphere. I’ve told several people about it. Then I come back tonight and sitting in a booth was a very different experience. My poor friend had to come up to the car to order everything. We had to ask for a knife to split our burger, napkins, and a plate which they don’t have just a paper boat. All of which apparently was a great inconvenience for the server. No one checked on us to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. When we asked for napkins the bartender informed us he was a bartender and not the server. All three front of house were not overly friendly and came off bothered when asked for anything. I do not feel this is acceptable for this level of restaurant and price and not indicative of this restaurant. I would want to know if I was the owner or mgt."
"Bar Arbolada is a small, intimate venue in a historic 1920s building on Main Street, just a couple blocks from Film Row and the Civic Center. The bartenders were friendly and on point. The drinks and food were excellent - don't forget to try their pimento cheese!! I saved some from my appetizer and put it on my burger. *Chef's kiss* We went around 6pm on a Saturday evening and easily found seats at the bar (booths were full) but it quickly filled up to standing room only. Even the tables outside were full. Be sure to walk down the front of the building along Main Street to see the old tile work and original building sign."
"The cheeseburger is really really good little simplistic but phenomenal. Fry baskets, cool but they were cold but I still gave a five on the food. Honestly I came in for the food and it was great atmosphere is cool but it’s loud inside if you don’t mind a bar atmosphere. One star for service I had to wait at the table not knowing I had to go up to the front to order bartender was busy making drinks. I stood there 10 minutes before I could order bartender this was not friendly at all Long hair beard too bad because my business promotes lots of businesses in the area. I even have a foodie list I get for my customers I might tell him for a burger, but don’t expect good service. As a matter of fact when I saw the two bartenders and the guy from the back all wearing croc sandals open in the back nonslip persistent doing shots together I just thought wow the world has changed total different level of perfectionism and then I would expect"
