"Amazing experience at this Plaza gem. Great ambience, food, drinks & people! The Khao Piek Sen (Lao Chicken Noodle Soup) & the Pandan Cinnamon Roll had me writing home. As well as the beef jerky and Patongo (house made savory doughnuts) were a must have. I also tried the Espresso Martini, Bramble & Cosmopolitan - they were yummy and well made! Bar Sen is the perfect paring to Ma Der (also an incredible pick for your non-noodle needs) - conveniently located right next door 💓 love, love, love!"

"Amazing food with great service really enjoyed the unique food options, Laotian salad is a must try, karage had great taste, also got the pork red curry special which had pork from edge craft bbq, meat was tender and dish was phenomenal. To sum up a great meal we finished with the cinnamon roll which perfectly hit the spot, unique and sweet flavor combination and not dry as cinnamon rolls tend to be"

"I am a fan of their original location Ma Der, and wanted to try their new concept. The menu is small and the food comes out fast. The food was good but I need to give it another try since I didn't try their best sellers. I loved the smashed cucumber salad, the fresh beef jerky, and the flavor of the fried chicken. For soup I tried the Suki Yaki, I ate most of it just struggled with the pork belly though thinly sliced, I just needed something less rich. My husband had the cold noodles and loved it. He said the spice builds as you eat it. (We love spicy foods) All in all it was a good experience, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We made reservations because it is usually packed. The restaurant is a bit dark (light-wise), which was fine, but may not be for some. Try them out, be sure to check their hours of operation."

"The menu isn’t very large, and while nothing really stood out to me, everything was quite decent. The indoor space is a bit dim, but they also have some outdoor seating. It’s a nice spot for a casual date or to catch up with friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful — they even explained the wines and cocktails in detail, which I really appreciated"
