"Absolutely incredible drinks. Matcha is very authentic and earthy flavored, ube doesn’t overpower but shines through, the banana pudding was absolutely delicious. I’m not a fan of coffee unless it’s extremely sweet but my husband loved the coffee with egg foam. Very gentle flavors all over, not too sweet and very well balanced. Absolutely recommend!"

"01/22 - Absolutely amazing. My partner and I came from Tulsa and stopped by for a quick sip. I got the original egg coffee and it was not too sweet, delicious and perfect. The two gentlemen that served us were professional and friendly. My partner and I sat in the sunroom area and had a great conversation as we enjoyed our drinks. "THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Seriously how did I go 30 years without Vietnamese coffee?! It is rich, bold, and so creamy. I do not like sweet coffee - I usually have to modify the amount of sweetener when I order coffee at regular coffee shops but not here. Their cold foams are the perfect combo of creamy and sweet, and it really balances the bitterness and boldness of the coffee once mixed in. Not to mention the baristas are extremely kind and helpful, and the ambiance is so cozy and aesthetic! I have tried the traditional egg foam, the salted foam, and the pumpkin pie foam. All of them are incredible! This place is definitely my go-to coffee spot from now on. TAKE ALL OF MY MONEY 😂"

"Charming little ca phe in Midtown… They offer Vietnamese coffee and unique egg-based drinks. The barista was so kind and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions. Most drinks are made with milk and egg, but on this hot summer day I opted for a refreshing iced jasmine tea, which was absolutely lovely. Can’t wait to return and try more of their specialties."

"Egg and CàPhê is a true gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is fantastic, and the drinks are delicious. I had the Strawberry Matcha with strawberry foam and it was super yummy, made with high-quality ingredients. I also hosted an event for the non-profit I work for and Truong and his team were incredibly accommodating—they even brought their drinks to our event for staff and volunteers on the house. Not only do they offer great products and service, they are truly philanthropic and care deeply about their community. 100% recommend!"
