from Google"Came for the special winter drinks and they didn’t disappoint!! Staff is so attentive (in a good way) and friendly! Cool they had football on the tv so I could bring my husband later. Totally recommend for a holiday themed bar!"
"First time coming while visiting family. The atmosphere & music was so cute! Gabi was our bartender & as a fellow bartender I appreciated her chatting us up & making our drinks! She was super sweet & listened to us as we tried to figure out our next drink. I can't wait to come back here next visit!"
"This is the best tiki bar in all of the Bible Belt. Huge menu with classics done right. Incredible Polynesian pop atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back."
"Don’t be fooled…looks like a tiki bar but it is not a true tiki bar. The restaurant is decorated like a tiki bar and the theme is spot on. Unfortunately, the music doesn’t match the theme. I’m pretty sure we listened to the entire Missy Elliot album during our visit. The hostess was friendly and took the time to explain the menu. It’s disappointing that his friendliness didn’t match our bartenders service (Gabby). She observed us sitting down and looked our direction several times but refused to knowledge our presence. After several minutes a different bartender asked if we’d been helped then told the pathetic bartender to serve us. Drinks!!! I’d like to start off by saying we lived in Las Vegas and visited the oldest tiki bar, Frankie’s Tiki Room serval times along with the amazing tiki bars in Palm Springs, California. The Flamingo doesn’t have good drinks. They’re actually disgusting and very disappointing. Tiki drinks don’t have tequila in them and most importantly don’t have simple sugar. I would question the bartender about the ingredients and she was even shocked that they didn’t match what she was mixing. She was kind enough to remake a drink for us after the first one had mezcal. Food!! The number one staple food for a tiki bar is coconut shrimp. The ones at Flamingo were NOT true coconut shrimp. The breading was original with zero flavor. The worst part was that they burned them and served it with a gross dipping sauce that tasted like it would be better paired with an asian dish. Overall this place gets a one star for failure to achieve any expectations."
"I’ve never been somewhere the food, drinks, servers, and atmosphere were on point!! Love love love. This is my new place and a must visit when I come to OKC"
