"I like their coffee but the website they upgraded to recently is just terrible. Old website: you could reorder a previous coffee order. New website: functionality gone. Old website: you could load cards from your browser or use Google pay. New website: functionality gone. On top of this they raised their prices 15-20% when they launched the website, and they used to sell their coffee in one pound vacuum sealed bags which kept them very fresh. Now they have the "scratch and sniff" non vacuum sealed 12 oz bags. Just seems like everything got worse when they "upgraded""

John will actually help search for specific coffees based on your specifications while searching through their coffee guide books. Janice is always pleasant and helpful. The coffee was so amazing that when I returned home, I called the shop to ask about the coffee supplier. Henceforth, my love for Neighbors coffee began. Living in the Chicagoland area, there are many coffee retailers, but none like Neighbors. Ordering online is easy, and I receive my orders no longer than three days later. Shipping is free on $50.00 + orders which is a definite savings. Every order I have my favorites, but always broaden my horizons by adding something new and will continue to experiment. Neighbors will always be my coffee bean “go to.” Try them….. you won’t regret it!"

"For a company that roasts and offers specialty coffees, their pricing is fair for the amount you get. I’ve purchased 3 different blends and have been very satisfied with all of them. I recommend trying their Neighbors Private Blend. Using the 4:6 pourover method, I was able to produce a sweet and balanced cup of coffee. It has just the right amount of acidity to keep your taste buds interested! It’s nice to have finally found a locally owned coffee roaster so close to me. But of course I can always order online and have them ship a bag to my uncle in Seattle haha I look forward to many more mornings sipping their coffee!"
