"The short rib pasta was phenomenal, best I've ever had. The vanilla bean Gelato as well. The crust of the tart was very thick and the pears still had the skin on them which can be fibrous due to the pectin. I'd recommend peeling the pears and doing an open faced tart so it's not so bread heavy where it folds. The calamari was spectacular and I had never thought of adding olives and artichokes. The sauce needed to be either blended fully, like a traditional pepita, or an elevated marinara sauce. The texture of it made it hard to capture onto the calamari itself as it kept sliding off."

Even the bread service was above average, with quality artisanal bread and good olive oil for dipping."
