"Service was bad before. It felt even worse now as the new brand. Before the Baskin brand carried them. I’m finally going to stop going there. I’m not talking slow service. I get they were very busy before. I’m talking about the zero engagement, zero care. Zero everything from the staff. Highly suggest that now that it’s independent. That a major overhaul is implemented with the staff on training, expectations, hospitality etc. I hate that I’m leaving this review. Went in expecting a slightly elevated service from the service I have gotten there over the last 5 years. I just dealt with it. I do not want anything free. No apology needed either. Just help the team be better."
