from Google"The Coffee was so rich of espresso flavor. I am cyclist and the first thing I like to do is get my cup of espresso before my ride. I was very pleased and you can’t compare this to Starbucks. I did research around all coffee shops and so glad I came in at 6:30 A.M. You see atmosphere outside their door. This is the Main Street in downtown where all runners and cyclists pass through to go to the Riverside Trails. It’s been years since I tasted Coffee that good. After, I headed to Osage Trail. The trail is in the woods and passes through a few neighborhoods, streets and bridges. Yes I did see homeless and trash on the side of the trail but the more you head up north that stops because of the ranchers and cattle farms. And yes I suggest a body with you and get there at sunrise or afternoon only because of the neighborhood you pass through . Plenty of shade because of the trees and you see all types of birds and deers. Which I saw jumping in front of me. Squirrels, possums etc….. I’ll be back to get me another cup of espresso before heading back to Phoenix."
"The ambience is nice, but I go for the coffee. I'm an espresso purist. So if the beans aren't good, the coffee isn't. I found the coffee to be decent, but not great. The problem I've run into in Tulsa, is all of the coffee places I go to taste the same. Heirloom, Cirque, Topeca, Laurannae, DoubleShot... all the same. Actually, I think Laurranae uses one of those other place's beans. Anyway, I didn't find the coffee any better than anywhere else in Tulsa. The barn is cool and looks nice, but the energy was off the day I went, and it was cold inside. The staff is nice enough, but not exactly friendly. I guess I just really long for a coffee house with a good ambience, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and great coffee. Sadly, I haven't experienced that since Gäbi in Las Vegas. The closest I've gotten is Parea on 81st. I'd like to see them expand that location and their lunch/bakery menu! Having a spot to get some work done for a day is always nice!"
"Came on here to revise my review a year later 🤣. While I originally thought this place was overpriced, they’re actually one of the few coffee shops in Tulsa that has kept their prices steady. That feels in line with the creative, communal vibe of the place, which you really can’t beat. I’ve come to love Pony Coffee and their gluten free muffins…which are the best muffins ever, gluten or no."
"Tulsa’s best new coffee shop. Cozy. Homey. Friendly. Inviting. Everything about this place is just perfect. The coffee is the real deal, they roast it all in house and it rivals that of some of the best coffee I’ve had in Tulsa. Not burnt and bland, but full bodied and flavorful. The atmosphere is the best I’ve ever experienced in Tulsa. In an old bike shop that once seemed to be a house, with an upstairs and outdoor patio seating as well. Lots of different places to sit whether you need a desk, a meeting space for a Bible study or small group with 6-8 people, or are meeting a few friends for coffee, this place has it all. Servers very nice and kind. What a treat this place is! Will definitely be back, and often!"
"I love this place. The true test of a good cup of coffee is a plain old house drip black coffee. I’m a believer that if it has to be doctored up, the base is no good. PonyCoffee has some of the best in Tulsa. The staff were so kind and welcoming. There is so much to see in one place with all of the odds and ends they have for decor. It is a great experience and a must see in Tulsa!"
