from Google"Maggie in the cake and sweet area did an excellent job and went over the top doing a little cake for us on the spot. We had a new guy got plumber job for us and she wrote on there and did a little extra for us and I was very impressed. Five stars for sure. My next cake will definitely come from her"
"My friends and I threw a going away party for our coworker/best friend, we decided last minute to get a cake and we called to place an order. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy since I did drop the ball and wait later than I should’ve to get this done. I called and spoke with Dejuana on the phone, told her my vision/the theme, and she absolutely DELIVERED! The cake was beautiful AND delicious."
"Reasor's at 3915 S Peoria caters to the rich Caucasians and are very nice to them, but rude if you are a minority of modest income. I had been eating there for years on the $5 meal, several times per week and could get any vegetable side I wanted. Then suddenly without a warning they said I had to spend more money to get the side I had been getting (mac n cheese, loaded bake potato and sweet potatoes) which is an illegal "bait and switch" by consumer laws. The mgr over the entire store is nice, but the the Customer Service Experience Manager, Brandon McManus, he was rude, dismissive, and uninformed about the policy change. He told me the issue “did not matter” and refused to help, explaining it is what it was; otherwise, “take it or leave it”, attitude. I am not used to being treated with such disdain and discourtesy from any business. Horrible experience from a Customer Experience mgr. I would give zero stars if there was an option."
"Reasor’s has really changed over the past 10 years. Today I stopped by the Reasor’s on 15th and Lewis to buy a few groceries. I realized I had picked up two wrong items and stopped by the Reasor’s closer to my home to return them. I waited in line, and when I reached the counter, the employee (Beth) walked away without acknowledging me. When she came back, I explained that I needed to return two small items. She told me I had to go back to the store where I bought them. I told her these are items they also sell at her store, and it’s the same chain, so making me drive back across town didn’t make sense. She then had to ask the customer relations manager what to do. After that, they refunded my $6.53 — which honestly I would’ve been fine donating to a food pantry. It just made me think: Reasor’s charges more than anyone else on most items, but people shop there because of the quality and the service. Right now, I don’t see them excelling in either. In fact, Walmart would’ve handled this situation better — which really surprised me. Just sharing this as a wake-up call."
"Ran in for last minute Thanksgiving supplies and Reasors was a lifesaver. The young lady who helped me out didn’t want to be there and it was obvious but she smiled through it and was pleasant to everyone. When it was my turn to check out I told her to stop, take a breath, relax and remember that she was making many people’s day better by being there today because someone always forgets something or extra family pops in at the last minute or grandma was watching the parade and burnt the pie so they came in because you were the only ones in town open. She laughed, smiled real big and said, “ my grandma burns the crust on the pumpkin pie every year” I checked out, she said thank you for that. Thanks Reasors for being open!!!!’"
