"Slate Sourdough is a quaint little bakery right in the heart of the Tulsa Art District, and I am happy to say that the bread here is fantastic! They bake the best sourdough bread that I have ever had in my life! So far, I've tried the regular, Parmesan, and jalapeno cheddar sourdough, and I have also had their croissants and various other baked goods, including the cinnamon rolls (absolute best ever!). I can't say enough about this lovely place, except just go! The people who work here are lovely, too."

Their items can be frozen and they last without losing the quality. If you like cinnamon rolls, you should try Slate’s. They are open a few days a week and they’re located downtown. I haven’t taken their classes but I do know they do sourdough workshops and classes. Great place!!"
