"I finally checked out The Brook Bar and Restaurant here in Tulsa for the very first time — and wow, what an experience! It was a calm evening, but the vibe was just right — cozy, welcoming, and full of character. My bartender, Joe, was absolutely fantastic! She recommended the country fried steak, and let me tell you, it was spot-on — crispy, flavorful, and downright comforting. Between the great food, friendly service, and relaxed atmosphere, this place totally won me over. Five stars all the way! If you find yourself in Tulsa, make sure The Brick is on your list — you won’t regret it."

"My coworkers and I stopped by The Brook Downtown in Tulsa for dinner and the young guy at the front was kind enough to get permission to seat our large party before closing. The restaurant itself is on the 2nd floor and had a nice layout - perfect for large groups or gathering. I heard they were known for their Chicken Fried Steak so a few of us ordered it. OMG the portions were huge - even the drinks! The chicken fried steak was a bit heavy so it was hard to finish. I got a side of Caesar salad and enjoyed it better. I thought the Deep Fried Mushrooms were the best item we had. It was delicious. This was shared between our party and I actually liked it more than the steak! Overall, service was okay. Our server was friendly but forgot a few items - a couple drinks and an entree. I’d come back for the mushrooms. Delicious!"

"As we walked up to the building at 5 pm on a Friday, there were signs taped in the windows of the empty downstairs area the read "entrance to The Brook on East side". No arrow. Not having a compass and being from out of town we just wandered further down the street until we saw what looked like a sidewalk that could be an entrance. The sign on the next 2 sets of doors read "credit card required for patio". Not sure what that was about? The hostesses were very young and dressed in sloppy jeans and t-shirts. As was the rest of the wait staff for the most part. Watched a gray-haired male employee look at a stack of napkins that fell to the floor and step over them rather than pick them up. Based on reviews about the original Brook we were really excited to try this location before our show. There were two big shows happening within a mile of this restaurant. It seems you would step up your game to draw in customers that have multiple other places to choose from. Our service was spotty at best. Not that they were not kind, just seemed to have too much going on to give good service. My burger was over cooked. Nothing about this experience would lead us to return. Seems some strong positive leadership would do wonders to help grow the staff. Also, step up the cleanliness a bit please."

"If they could get 0 stars I wouod give them that my food was so salty not only that my food came out soggy very… they took it back redid it and it was still salty tasted like high cholesterol in one fry !!! The service was soooo bad I never had a salty quesadilla….. then we never got checked on then it took 50 hours to bring a check"

"Lovely atmosphere, Great/Goodservice (our waitress was handling 8+ tables) so I am not "upset" I just have/ had experienced better. I ordered chicken fried chiken,sweet potato fries,side salad. Salad had way too much Cesar (-for my liking) when Salad is dense with dressing its a bit much...Fries were really good, eat while hot! Chicken was small, and it was not what I imagined (It was a different size,thin) We had a business meeting with (a chef) and we left with a great conversation, and "meh" food...At the ending of the night, we all shared a "frozen flight" and that gave us a sample of drinks. If you are only going for drinks/apps I think it would be great! Maybe we hit on an off day,but it seemed pretty consistent for the traffic flow, but maybe 🤔 there's more.
