"This coffee shop has touched my heart! I came in around 10:45-11am after my workout bc I needed some protein and my caffeine fix for the day. I ordered a cold brew with coconut milk, SF vanilla and coconut syrup. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich (bacon egg & chz croissant). When I got home, which is only about 3min away, I took a sip of my coffee and noticed a distinct smell and taste. After a few sips, it tasted like dirt or metal. I narrowed it down to the ice, which I took out and popped a piece in my mouth and that's exactly what it was. I contacted the shop to let them know, bc I would hate for others not to return if they thought it was always like that. The lady who answered was very pleasant and I explained the situation, merely just warning them, and she offered to reimburse me. I absolutely did not expect nor did I want any money back because I was still drinking it. Lol she insisted and within that same day she had refunded me my total, including the breakfast sandwich! This is the best customer service experience I have ever had and will gladly be a returning customer. Thank you to Chloe, I believe was her name that answered my call and took care of the customer to the best of her ability. Thank you for being a wonderful and locally owned establishment that takes pride in their work!"
