She consistently greets us with the warmest smile, and her professionalism and kindness never go unnoticed. She doesn’t just take orders—she genuinely connects. Jane has asked about my day on multiple occasions, and you can tell she sincerely cares about the answer. I’ve also come in many times with my four kids, and she is always incredibly sweet toward them—patient, friendly, and so gentle in the way she interacts. There was one visit in particular when one of my daughters accidentally dropped her drink right in front of the checkout area. I was mortified and kept apologizing, but Jane immediately jumped in with the kindest reassurance, telling us it was totally okay. She cleaned it up cheerfully, without a hint of frustration, and honestly, it was done with such a servant’s heart. It was a beautiful picture of grace in action.
